Ok, so you thought that your computer was just a dumb electronic box. Well, you may be wrong (if you are a linux or unix user). Here are a few outputs that your unix or linux machine will give if you input the following commands:
The C shell
% rm meese-ethics

% ar m God
ar: God does not exist
% “How would you rate Reagan’s incompetence?
Unmatched .”
% [Where is Jimmy Hoffa?
Missing ].
% ^How did the sex change^ operation go?
Modifier failed.

Too many (’s.
% make love
Make: Don’t know how to make love. Stop.

No match.

man: : Too many arguments.

Bad substitute.

The Bash shell
